You provide the alcohol, we provide the rest! After discussing the details of your perfect event, we will create a detailed shopping list for your preferred bar. We will provide everything from supplies to mixers to garnishes based on the services you request! Please be aware that pricing will vary based on these customizations and the prices listed are just an estimate. Please contact us for your personalized quote.

Bartending

This pricing includes the best bartenders in the wild west. We will provide coolers, beverage tubs, ice, all mixing tools, and a self-serve water dispenser. We will travel within a 30 mile radius. Prices begin at $40/hr per bartender with a tip jar displayed or $55/hr per bartender with no tip jar displayed. We have a minimum of $200 per bartender.

Signature Cocktails

This pricing includes a consultation for a signature cocktail menu with our trained mixologist, a detailed liquor shopping list, and all ingredients including garnishes and mixers needed for crafting. This package will begin at $5/per guest, per signature cocktail. We have a $200 minimum for signature cocktails and a $400 bartending minimum including 2 bartenders.

Mobile Bar Set Up

This pricing includes the portable bar. The set up and break down of the bar costs $120 per event. Coolers, ice, and bar utensils will all be provided.

The Works

After a phone consultation or after receiving a quote through the form listed on the Contact Us page, a final invoice will be provided and a 50% non-refundable deposit will be requested at the time of booking. We will stay closely in touch for any questions or concerns you may have.

We request full payment 14 days prior to the date of your event. A final consultation will be set up to confirm menu for the special day and a detailed liquor list will be provided.

Please be aware that we are not able to provide liquor for your event. Prices listed include the bartending services as well as all supplies needed and rental fees. If we can help in any way, don't hesitate to reach out!
